Since the release of Alice & Wonderland it seems tea cups are turning up everywhere! With the vintage appeal and great use of colors it’s no wonder tea cups and tea bags are being in used in wedding decor, dessert tables, favors and more! I absolutely love these brillant ideas from Martha Stewart weddings. The use of vintage tea boxes for centerpieces is sublime!

If your not having a wedding but love this trend try some of these fun ideas:
~ Have the ladies over for an afternoon tea party. Sip flavored tea outdoors using some vintage styled tea cups.
~ Try bagging your own loose tea and craft some DIY tags. Give as gifts for mothers day to the women you work with or your childrens teachers.
~Use tea boxes as flower boxes or planters. Display on your outdoor tables or walkways.

I love the idea of using pretty tea tins for centerpieces — I’m an avid tea lover and never throw out any of the cute tea tins I have because they are so pretty.
I’ve seen a couple of teapot centerpieces. It’s a fabulous look!
