A Great Gift for Flower Girls
When I was planning my wedding, I knew right away who would be my flower girl. It wasn’t until I started looking for bridesmaids dresses that I had so many questions about the flower girl. Should she wear a white dress to match mine or should she match the bridal party, would she be bored at the bridal shower or could I have her help unwrap gifts and make the bow hat, should she dance with the ring bearer or would they think that was too “icky” and what would be a nice gift for a 5 year old girl since she wouldn’t be doing spa day and brunch with the other women? It would have been nice if I knew about books like “A Little Guide to Flower Girl Etiquette” written by Tracy Young and illustrated by John Schafer.
The book helps familiarize little girls with the wonders of being a flower girl while providing the adult reader with some modern-day etiquette guidance. “A Little Guide to Flower Girl Etiquette” is written for the child along with the adult reader. In the first part of the book, the illustrated story describes being a flower girl from the perspective of a child. Then, through charming photography, the book provides the adult reader with practical tips on flower girl dresses, flower girl accessories and ways to create a cherished memory of the event.
This book is available at Amazon.com along with other flower girl story books. They’d make a great little gift for the special little girl in your wedding party.
